At Hello Luminova, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must only be breifly used and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Customers must contact us before sending any item back.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and skincare safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Change of mind purchases
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
Please note:
We do not offer refunds or returns if you are unhappy with the product size, including the 10ml bottle size, as the size is clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
